01The service

Sena provides an AI-powered chat assistant you can train on your own content (website pages, documents, text) and embed on your website to answer visitor questions and capture enquiries.

02Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and take responsibility for all activity under your account.

03Your content and responsibilities

• You own your content. You retain all rights to the content you add to train your assistant.
• You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service (see Privacy Policy).
• You must have the right to use and upload the content you provide, and it must not infringe third-party rights or law.

04Acceptable use

Do not disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, resell it without authorisation, or use it to send spam, harvest data unlawfully, or generate unlawful content.

05AI output: accuracy and disclaimer

Sena's responses are AI-generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Output is provided "as is" and is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing and supervising the assistant's responses.

06Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes don't affect the current paid period.

07Intellectual property

Sena, its software, branding, and design are owned by Sena. These Terms grant only a limited right to use the service.

08Data protection

Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. We can provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request.

09Availability and warranties

We aim for reliability but do not warrant the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach. On termination, your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

13Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified, and continued use means acceptance.
